When we contacted Viator and their subsequent call to the tour operator, the only response was “sorry”. No credit or accommodation from Viator because they said they only make the web site and reservation. Buyer beware. Viator is the company that dealt with the tour operator and, in my opinion, they are responsible for correcting any…”

I think an all day chore is the best bet as there are museums as well as visiting the USS Missouri, that we did not get to do due to time constraints. This wasn't Vanessa's fault, and this was an extremely reasonably priced tour experience.”

However, the trip was only 5 instead of the advertised 6-7 hours and thus there was no time to visit the USS Missouri despite it being mentioned as a stop on the trip - we knew admission wasn’t included but expect time to visit as per the itinerary.
